It's an exciting process to watch a home progress from an
idea, to a drawing, and into reality. We photograph every
step to ensure you know what is going in to your home - even
if you can't be on site.
You can count on us to make sure it's right.
This page will take you through the building and a few
features of a Ute Valley Builders ICF home.
From Groundbreaking...
...we begin with the best insurance available: a 12" x 20" footing, to ensure a superior foundation.

Each PolySteel form is locked to the next with a double tongue and groove design, and the walls securely braced in preparation for pouring the concrete. Once the 1st story walls are poured, the 2nd story floor is built and the 2nd story walls are placed and poured.

Our custom, big timber trusses
provide a solid beginning for the
roof system and a beautiful
addition to a beautiful home.
We work with experienced
subcontractors and suppliers to
provide the best of everything for
your new home.
At Ute Valley Builders, we work
with each homeowner to build
their home to reflect their taste
and style. And with Jim's
expertise, you can count on his
support and guidance throughout
the building process.
Those big timber trusses can
create beautiful accents within the
house. Such as in the great room
(above) the Master Bathroom
(below) or the Hallway (right).
This home was recently completed just north of Westcliffe. Custom designed and built in partnership with Mike Padon of Houston, Texas. Give him a call to hear about his Ute Valley Experience! 713-545-1664
