It's an exciting process to
watch a home progress
from an idea, to a
drawing, and into reality.

We photograph every step
to ensure you can see
what is going into your
home - even if you can't be
on site.

You can count on Ute
Valley Builders to be  sure
it's done right.

Start to Finish: An ICF Home...
This page will take you through the building
process and highlight a few features of a Ute
Valley Builders ICF home.
Jim Camper is an ICBO licensed General
Contractor, with over 35 years of experience in
the field. His hands-on involvement and
supervision of every phase of construction
ensures the excellence and professional service
that you deserve.
Each ICF is locked to the next with a double tongue and groove design,
and the walls securely braced in preparation for pouring the concrete. Once the 1st story walls are
poured, the 2nd story floor is built and the 2nd story walls are placed and poured.
Our custom, big timber
truss roof system are a
beautiful addition to a
beautiful home.
Jim loves to build! You will find
him at the jobsite just about every
day, putting his experience and
knowledege into your project. For
some aspects of a job (such as
stonework, plumbing, electrical)
we work with experienced
subcontractors  and suppliers to
provide the best of everything for
your new home.
At Ute Valley Builders, we work
with each homeowner to build
their home to reflect their taste
and style. And with Jim's
expertise, you can count on his
support and guidance throughout
the building process.
Those big timber trusses can
create beautiful accents within the
house. Such as in the great room
(above) the Master Bathroom
(below) or the Hallway (right).
