In Custer County there are no building codes or licensing for general contractors, but because Jim has an ICBO License, you can rest assured that his work is top quality.

Who We Are

Jim Camper, owner of Ute Valley Builders, Inc. has over 35 years of building experience. He grew up on a cattle ranch here in the Wet Mountain Valley, then gathered experience in several places across the country, and returned home to do the kind of building he loves.
